Once all information has been verified, the representative will search for pilot and aircraft availability for your desired flight date and time. Then the representative will ask for you credit card information and process a $1.00 non-refundable pre-authorization fee to verify your credit card is valid. Once your credit card information is validated, your Chicago airplane or helicopter tour will be entered into the flight schedule. The remaining balance will not be billed until 24hrs. before your scheduled flight time.

24 Hrs. prior to your scheduled flight time, a representative will contact you with a courtesy call to remind you of your Chicago airplane or helicopter tour reservation. At this point you have the option to confirm your Chicago airplane or helicopter tour, or cancel it. Once final confirmation has been received, the representative will bill your credit card the remaining balance.

Chicago skyline tour gift certificates are valid for one year from date of purchase. Chicago skyline tour gift certificates may not be redeemed for cash, are non-transferable, and non-refundable.
